Mark McRitchie

With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, Mark currently leads security strategy at NEO Energy. Previously, he played a pivotal role in KCA Deutag’s global recovery from a major cyber incident, developing a NIST-aligned security roadmap and overseeing projects such as privileged access management, vulnerability reduction, and the formation of an in-house security team.
His hands-on leadership has driven improvements across identity and access management, SOC partnerships, SD-WAN architecture, and cloud compliance. Passionate about proactive cyber defence, he brings deep insight into applying threat intelligence to reduce real-world risk across complex enterprise environments.
Richard LaTulip is Field CISO at Recorded Future, bringing over two decades of cybersecurity leadership from a 23-year career in the U.S. Secret Service. There, he specialised in financial and computer crime, cyber threat operations on the deep and dark web, and safeguarding critical infrastructure.
His international work included a diplomatic post in Estonia, where he helped strengthen global cybersecurity alliances. In the private sector, Richard has led security teams and implemented key frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2, while ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other regulations. He holds certifications including CISM and CISSP.

Jai Aenugu is the Founder and CEO of TechForce Cyber, an award-winning cybersecurity consultancy based in Aberdeen. A former IT manager with a master’s degree from Edinburgh Napier University, Jai holds the CISSP certification and is a regular speaker at industry events.
